Conditions

	Once you have tried your first lesson and you are happy to continue then we require full payment. This locks in a regular lesson time for you with your choice of teacher.

Cancelled/Rescheduled Lessons

	Lessons cancelled seven (7) days in advance will not carry any charge.
	Payment must be made for any lesson cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled timeslot.
	Cancellations with greater than 24 hours notice will be rescheduled wherever possible. However, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed. Where it is not possible, payment for the cancelled lesson must be made.
	The opportunity to have a make up lesson will be offered to you at a time which is suitable for the teacher.
